A booking is confirmed once the first instalment is received. The full balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are payable in full at the time of booking.
More than 45 days before departure: 10% of the package price is retained. 45 to 21 days before departure: 35% is retained. 20 to 8 days before departure: 60% is retained. Within 7 days of departure: no refund is available.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 21 working days. Embassy and airline charges already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
