Payment Terms
A booking is confirmed once the first instalment is received. The full balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are payable in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation
More than 45 days before departure: 10% of the package price is retained. 45 to 21 days before departure: 35% is retained. 20 to 8 days before departure: 60% is retained. Within 7 days of departure: no refund is available.
Refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 21 working days. Embassy and airline charges already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a Mahram required for female travellers?
Female travellers under 45 conventionally travel with a Mahram. The booking form asks for the Mahram's relationship where this applies; travelling with family or an approved group may also satisfy the requirement.
How do I confirm my booking?
Submit the booking form with your traveller details. Our team then contacts you with payment instructions and confirms your seat once the first instalment is received.
What documents do I need to provide?
A passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date, recent passport-size photographs, and a copy of your National ID. You can save these once in My Documents and attach them to any future booking.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Your booking page shows a payment schedule with each instalment and its due date. Payments are recorded there as we receive them.
